Meet Paul Jack.

Ten-plus years behind the board has taught me one thing: lighting isn't decoration — it's storytelling. Every venue has a mood. Every artist has an arc. My job is to find both and amplify them.

From intimate club sets to full festival rigs, I bring the same obsession to every show: pre-vis it, program it tight, and run it like it matters. Because it does.
